Natalie Fasheh

Arts Administrator Musician Writer Activist

Natalie is an artist with a focus on social impact. She works with communities as an arts administrator, choir conductor, teaching artist, composer, and writer. Natalie is passionate about creating out-of-the-box, socially relevant performing arts experiences, that transport us into human stories and transformative possibilities for humanity.

Natalie is a mezzo-soprano with a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance. As a Palestinian she also has the pleasure of sharing Arabic music as a guest singer, clinician, and choral arranger. Natalie is the co-founder and co-director of Mosaic Music Collective; Connecting newcomers and long-standing residents through intergenerational, multicultural song. As a community-engaged artist and project designer, she has led artistic projects that involve community members exploring stories and cultures. In her compositions, Natalie hopes to invite others in exploring current topics and events.

A leader and visionary, Natalie is pursuing an executive MBA at the Global Leaders Institute for Arts Innovation. Natalie’s focus is equity-centered organizational management, growth strategies, and project creation. Natalie has worked with organizations as a consultant for their strategies and growth, from an equity and justice lense. Natalie is a strong connector of people and organizations, through her project management, outreach coordination, and cross-cultural communication skills. She leads workshops, and talks, on global decolonization and social change.
